September is here and that means it’s time to gear up for the annual AIDSWalk Atlanta.  The Atlanta School has been one of the top contributing teams to AID Atlanta for many years.  Please join us for a day of family fun that can help so many lives.  We will have a cook-out following the walk and a Silent Auction.  This is also a great opportunity to get to know your TAS Family.

To register, please visit the AIDSWalk Webpage.Click on the Join an Existing Team link.  At the bottom of the page type The Atlanta School, Inc.  into both boxes.  You will then see a link at the bottom of the page to Join the team.

You must register each member of your family if you want participation T-shirts for everyone.  If you encounter problems while registering, please contact Corrie. We will send out updates over the next few weeks regarding AIDSWalk Benefit Dinners (yes, Colm is cooking) and the Silent Auction.  If you are interested in making a donation to the Silent Auction or have ANY questions, please contact Corrie.

The website is spectacular!  It’s a great way to reminisce about what a wonderful place TAS is to grow and learn, and to see what new and exciting things you are experiencing!

Looking forward to meeting all of the new families and reconnecting with all the “old” families at the New Parent’s Party next weekend!   Come one, come all - I don’t want to have cleaned the house for a small turnout!

August 25th is Parent Workday. Bring your tools and cleaning supplies and we will get the school ready for a new year. If you are unable to attend please contact Paulette.

August 29th is the First Day of School. We’ll see you then!
