8th, 9th Math Test Monday

You all have a test in Math on Monday.

8th and 9th graders, know the homework problems from p.408 we did recently, including the 2 word problems where k=1.16d (I may use a completely different equation and you need to know how to manipulate it).

In addition know how to solve for slope “rise over run” as done in class Wednesday.  For example:  The slope between the points (-3, 5) and (5, 9)  is 4/-8 or -1/2 or -.5 (all are acceptable answers).  Can you do this problem?
